I am a member of the NVO (Dutch Association of Pedagogues and Educationalists) and work according to their professional code. This means I always treat children, young people, parents, and everyone involved professionally, honestly, and respectfully. Confidentiality and care are very important to me, as is providing good, reliable care. By adhering to these rules, I can ensure that everyone receives care in a pleasant and safe manner.
I am also registered in the BIG register (Individual Healthcare Professions). This means I meet strict requirements regarding education, expertise, and professional conduct. The BIG register exists to guarantee the quality of care and gives clients the assurance that they are being treated by a qualified healthcare provider. My registration in the BIG register demonstrates that I work according to established standards and take responsibility for the care I provide. This way, you can be confident that you and your family are in good hands.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
I strive to coordinate well and collaborate closely. However, there may be times when you're not entirely satisfied. In that case, I'd like to discuss the matter with you first to see how we can resolve it.
If we can't reach an agreement, or if you'd like additional support filing a complaint, please be aware that my practice is affiliated with the Healthcare Complaints Portal. This independent organization offers support for healthcare complaints. They provide a listening ear, mediation, or, if necessary, handling of the complaint by an independent disputes committee.
